CIPD is responsible for supporting a standards based, aligned curriculum for Saint Paul Schools.  

CIPD is responsible for providing high quality professional development that is differentiated for the needs of schools and individuals. This work is designed in such a way so as to build instructional leadership capacity within the schools.

• Coordinate professional development around Racial Equity work
• Align and develop curriculum including learning targets, lessons, and assessments to Minnesota State Standards
• Support schools through curriculum support and professional development
• Develop, review, and approve new courses
• Track course completion for all staff and support with clock hour generation.
