As a result of the concerns we've received regarding the ability of the current SPPS diagnostic assessments to adequately measure students' skills, we are examining a new set of assessments.

We need your input regarding the assessments. If you would like to provide input, please review the assessments below. We are asking all who review the assessments to submit some written feedback via the feedback form titled, "SPPS Diagnostic Assessment Selection Feedback". Please complete one feedback form for each assessment reviewed.

A bit about the assessments:
The assessments were developed last year by an assessment specialist in Minnesota and Edusoft for use in other Edusoft districts. The assessments are aligned to the Minnesota State standards in reading and math, and have three items (questions) to assess each benchmark. The reading assessments access only the essential benchmarks. There is one form per grade.
