The Project for Academic Excellence Program Evaluation and Data Coaching Services provide training and tools to help content coaches, principals, and teachers do their jobs. Whether you believe the teachers in your school need one-on-one data training, or you would like help in developing evaluation tools, we can help you.
Program Evaluation can provide useful data that will enable you to make data-driven program decisions. We can help you analyze the successes and current challenges you face in your schools. Using classroom observation and student achievement data as well as focus group and interview transcripts we can help you identify what works to increase student academic success and the challenges that slow student growth. We can conduct internal school studies.
Data coaching will help content coaches, principals, and teachers understand what the data mean and how they can be used to facilitate classroom instruction. We can help you develop strategies and techniques to make the data come alive! Student achievement data is useful for understanding what skills your students need for academic success.
Data Coaching Services
- Provide annual SAT10 and MCA data at both the individual and group levels.
- Provide ongoing assistance and training in data presentation and analysis.
- Provide overall assistance in aligning data to students’ instructional needs.
- Conduct pre- and post-assessments of training, coaching, and other professional development opportunities for lead teachers.
- Present data on the alignment of specific curricula (math, English/language arts, social studies) on key testing outcomes (MCA and SAT10).
- Provide data support to content coaches, principals, and teachers.
