Science House - Located in the Big Back Yard of the Science Museum, members can check out classroom sets of hands-on materials, engage in formal and informal consultation and professional development, and discuss education issues with friends and colleagues in a comfortable and creative environment.  During the 2011-2012 school year, all SPPS educators are members of Science House.

Starbase Minnesota  grade 4-6 STEM program funded by the National Department of Defense

Bruce Vento Nature Sanctuary - Both a field trip destination and a resource for locally-specific science curriculum.  Curriculum includes specific references to the contributions and history of Dakota Native Americans.

Big River Journey  - An integration of river and classroom experiences connecting 4th-6th grade students with the science and heritage of the Mississippi River culminating with a riverboat excursion on the Mississippi River. 

Trans-Mississippi Biological Supply - A local vendor of live materials for the science classroom.
