Moving Files from school to home
To move a file from your school computer to your home computer

1. You must first install all the files from the CD on both computers. You will need to take the Summary report CD home to do this.
   
2. Once you have started to create files you may move the files between your Mac at school to your Mac a home.
   
3. You will need to find the correct .USR file. Be sure to move only that file. You do not need to move all the other files.
   

Example:
If you are working on the K-6 English Summary Reports you would look for the file labeled K-6 English Summary Reports.USR in the Mac Summary Reports folder. Move only that file between home and school. Because of the size of the file you will want to be sure to have a disk that is new or has been reformatted so that there are no files on the disk.
